Then, evidence surfaced surrounding the timing of the formulation of The New York Times article posted on December 21, 2024, entitled "We Can Bury Anyone”: Inside a Hollywood Smear Machine. This article was the catalyst of a prior lawsuit filed by Justin Baldoni (& others) against The New York Times for libel on December 31, 2024.
